Yes, home delivery is available at a flat rate of $10 per order.
 

All Supply Store Orders

  • When checking out of the Supply Superstore you must enter all the information. Be sure to click "Metro Brokers Account" in the “payment information” step when ordering. At the end of the process, it will show you an itemized list of your order and a “Place Order” button will appear. Then it will say “Purchase Confirmation” if you don’t see that we don’t receive the order. Do not try to re-enter the order, just go to your shopping cart located at the top right of the screen and complete the steps from that point.
  • All orders placed by 4:30 PM on regular business days are available for pickup from the Supply Superstore at 5775-D Glenridge Dr. the next business day.
  • If you choose to have the order delivered to the branch locations the Supply Superstore ships on Monday. This option is not available for "Yard Signs" that stake in the ground. Orders shipped to the branch locations or Home Deliveries are generally received within 3-5 business days with the exception of Holidays and/or inclement weather.
  • If any order should be missing any items or have damaged items, the agent must notify the Office Manager and the Supply Superstore within 10 business days of the order arriving at the office via e-mail or phone call.

New Associate Packages

  • Your new associate package will be in 2 parts. The 1st part will be sent to your branch location after you have completed/turned in the 5 required items for your personnel file.
  • The second part will be your 1st listing package. To receive this portion of your package be sure to turn in the signed paperwork from your client to the office manager.
  • Remind your office manager of your 1st listing and there will be a form sent to the Supply Superstore for processing.
  • You will receive notice from your office manager the package has been ordered. The package will be available for pick up from the Supply Superstore the next business day and you have 10 business days to retrieve it.


Signs
All signs that stake in the ground are not available for office delivery. They must be picked up from the Supply Superstore at 5775-D Glenridge Dr, or the agent must order home delivery. See “Details” section for these items.

  • If you do not choose Home Delivery for signs, the order MUST be picked up from the Supply Superstore at 5775-D Glenridge Dr. within 10 business days.
  • Home Delivery Option: Signs are shipped on a weekly basis on Monday. Most orders will arrive within 3-5 business days with the exception of holidays and/or inclement weather. You can also track the home delivery orders from the Fed-Ex tracking notice that is sent to your Metro Brokers e-mail.


4x4 Oversized Property Signs

  • These signs are outsourced to a local vendor. The link to this vendor can be found in the green bar at the top of the Supply Superstore page labeled “Oversized Signs”


Special Events - Reserving Tablecloths & Tabletop Display Kits

  • We also offer a limited number of branded table cloths (6’) and a tabletop display for special booth/class style events
  • April-October are the months most events occur, so try to give a 2-week advance notice during that time.
  • To reserve a kit you can call or e-mail the Supply Superstore (supply.store@metrobrokers.com) with the dates of your event.
  • These kits are on a sign-out system and must be picked up and returned to the Supply Superstore. The kit can be signed out 2 business days before the event and must be returned 2 business days after the event.
  • If you should be late returning the kit there will be a $25.00 per day fee applied to your account. As there are a limited number of items, we ask that you be courteous and timely in returning them, as there is usually a waiting list.
